Campus Facility & Features

We are located in a gray 2 story building. There is ample parking for students, faculty, administrative staff, and guests.

The campus fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The facility consists of approximately 15,000 square feet, and houses classrooms, an Academic Resource Center, Student Clinic, and administrative offices, which include offices of education, admissions, Financial Aid services, professional services, and student services. The entire campus has wireless internet access.

Classrooms for all programs are multipurpose rooms for classes and laboratory practices, equipped with instructional devices that meet teaching standards, such as televisions, massage therapy tables, and spas, among others. The Academic Resource Center is equipped with computers with internet access, industry-related audiovisual, video, and video equipment. A spacious living room has refrigerators, microwave ovens, and food accommodations.

Driving Directions & Parking

Our Arlington campus is located at 808 West Interstate 20, in Suite 100. This is between the Toyota dealership and NTB National Tire and Battery, and it’s also located near the Parks Mall. Just on the other side of I-20 is the USMD Hospital at Arlington, Lowe’s Home Improvement, IHOP, and In-N-Out-Burger.

Our Arlington campus is just south of Interstate 20, making it convenient for students commuting to class. We are also just west of Route 360, south of Interstate 30, and east of Interstate 820. If you’re coming from the Fort Worth Area, you can travel to campus on the TX-280 spur, US-287, and I-20 East before taking Exit 449A to reach us. Students traveling from the Dallas area can take I-35 East and I-20 to I-20 Frontage Road/East Interstate 20 in Arlington and then get off at Exit 450.

For our Cortiva Arlington students, we offer onsite parking in front of our building and on the side of our building near NTB. Parking is free and easily accessed from Doskocil Drive, Barnett Boulevard, and the I-20 Frontage Road.

We are between the major metropolitan areas of Dallas and Fort Worth, putting new massage therapy graduates in prime position to find gainful and rewarding employment nearby. Fort Worth is only about 20 minutes west of our campus, and Dallas is about 30 minutes east of us. In total, the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area has over 6.4 million people, and our region continues to grow and prosper for talented professionals like you.

Our campus sits diagonally across the street from the Arlington Highlands. Arlington is also where the Cowboys’ AT&T stadium is located, which is a big perk for football fans. Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor Water Park are in Arlington as well. Very close to our campus, students can access the AMC The Parks at Arlington 18 theater, the nearby Walmart Supercenter, and various local parks. Lake Arlington and Joe Pool Lake are nearby, and eateries near campus include El Mofongo Restaurant for Puerto Rican cuisine, Ahi Poke Bowl for Hawaiian-style sushi, Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant for Hacienda-style dishes, and Jason’s Deli for quick and healthy lunches. While studying in Arlington, you’ll also be close to top local attractions like the International Bowling Museum and Hall of Fame, as well as the many local golf courses.
